I had only a post graduate year at East but have wonderful memories (even after 55 years) of my time there. Having just sold my business, Sunetha Property Management, here in Pagosa Springs, I am retiring for the fourth time, and my wife, Sandy. and I are planning a move to Florida or Ecuador or Panama or Belize or Portugal etc. etc. etc. In the meantime, I'll be at Sunetha for a 6 month transition period so come on down to Pagosa and we'll cut you a great East special on one of our 100+ vacation rental properties.
